Agile Health and Fitness
Agile Health and Fitness evolved out of the global COVID-19 pandemic. As people everywhere were forced to isolate, everything from restaurants and local gyms to concert venues and major league sporting events, shut down. We saw the impact a lack of exercise and face-to-face contact was having on the mental and physical well-being of everyone around us. Brick and mortar gyms couldn’t meet the needs of people who wanted to train and get/stay fit, but needed to socially distance. We envisioned a gym experience that was more accommodating…more dynamic…more agile.
Agile Health and Fitness is a full-service fitness center brought directly to your door. We understand and have adapted to the “new normal”. In addition, we recognize that your time is at a premium today. Agile Heath and Fitness is your affordable, safe, and convenient exercise solution. We have worked with clients in their driveways, outside their places of business, and even in public parks. There are countless reasons why a traditional gym setting may not work for you.
